Ken was previously a partner at Cosoff Cudmore Knox in Sydney specialising in taxation and commercial law from July 2005 to June 2008. Prior to that Ken was a partner in the Adelaide practice of Thompson Playford, Adelaide’s largest law firm for 18 years. Ken is experienced in advising on all areas of revenue law and commercial matters. He is regularly involved in transactional work such as business sales and acquisitions and the preparation of commercial documentation such as trust deeds. From November 2005 to June 2008 Denis was with Cosoff Cudmore Knox in Sydney specialising in taxation and commercial law (most recently as a partner). Prior to that Denis worked for the eminent Sydney tax adviser, Mr Gordon Cooper, at Greenwoods & Freehills and with Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Like Ken, Denis practices in all areas of revenue and commercial law. Andrew specialises in direct taxes such as income tax and capital gains tax.
