Ken specialises in taxation and commercial law and is regularly involved in transactions such as business sales and acquisitions and in solving complex tax issues for clients. He also acts for clients in resolving disputes with the ATO.
Ken was previously a partner specialising in taxation matters at Cossoff Cudmore Knox in Sydney, and in the Adelaide practice of Thomson Playford (now Thomsons Lawyers).
Ken is experienced in advising on all areas of revenue law and commercial matters.

Andrew’s clients are accountants and lawyers who have clients with transactional tax issues. Andrew specialises in direct taxes such as income tax and capital gains tax.
